Julia Reed, M.A., PLMFT, PLPC

I am a Provisionally Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (PLMFT) and Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor (PLPC) with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Louisiana Monroe (ULM). I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy to continue deepening my clinical knowledge and research-informed practice.

I work with individuals, couples, and families from all demographic backgrounds for a wide range of concerns. I see children ages 6–8 when parents are actively and consistently involved in the therapeutic process, as well as clients ages 9 and up.

My therapeutic style is both direct and compassionate. I provide structure, challenge unhelpful patterns, and encourage accountability; while also creating a warm, empathetic space where clients feel safe, heard, and respected. As a provisional therapist, I work alongside a strong supervision and consultation team, ensuring that I am continually growing, learning, and providing the highest level of care possible regardless of the issue you bring into session.
