About

Hi! My name is Grace Rogers. I earned both my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from ULM.

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, heard, and accepted for who you are. I value building a genuine therapeutic relationship with each client and believe that therapy is not a one size fits all process. I strive to meet each person where they are and tailor my approach to their individual needs, experiences, and goals.

My hope is to create a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings and gaining a better understanding of themselves and their relationship while working to make a meaningful change. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and I feel honored to walk alongside my clients as they navigate their own unique journeys.

Outside of therapy, I love spending time with my husband and our little boy. When I’m not working, you can usually find me enjoying time with my family or binge-watching just about any kind of show!

I’m so grateful to be able to do work that allows me to connect with people, hear their stories, and be a small part of their journey.
